Self-Service Marketing Program

Through a simple and friendly user interface, agents can select a template and customize it to your own

preferences. Our catalogs are full of templates that are suitable for any marketing objective.

Determine what you wish to accomplish with your direct mail campaigns. Whether it’s a Just Listed/Sold

campaign executed on-demand or a monthly drip relationship program, you develop a plan and follow

through. If you plan on farming once a month (a.k.a. a Monthly-drip program), pick out at least 1 card

a month. Then customize the text and/or image areas and place the order at least 2 weeks prior to

the date you’d like to see your mailers be delivered to mailboxes.

our recommendation. It usually takes until the 3rd mailer before people in a new farm start

If for some reason the monthly drip program is not for you and you prefer to phase your marketing

on demand.

After receiving your request, our staff will find the template that is best suited to what you wish to

accomplish. We’ll fill the content with the information you provide or make recommendation on the

content. A proof will be provided and changes can be made accordingly. Until you satisfy with the

final content, we’ll complete the order for you.

If you’d like to promote or enforce Personal Branding, either with your custom branded design or our

program and the other 2 above programs is to start you’ll need to have your Personal Branding in place.
